WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
In 2015, Woodsmoke Farm hosted its first wedding. After years of planning and preparation, we are now happy to offer a variety of ceremony and event options that can be custom tailored to create the perfect package. Each year, we offer a limited number of weddings in our open-air environment.
We are currently an open-air venue that specializes in tent weddings. Guests have multiple sites on the 105-acre property that they can select to have the perfect ceremony and tent location. The farm includes a large field and a variety of wooded areas with gorgeous panoramic views. Additionally, we offer various options to customize any event. We have an on-site parking lot that cannot be seen from the ceremony sites but is just a short walk through the woods. We can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests. The farm can be used the day of the wedding (as approved before and after the ceremony) for photos and other wedding activities. PACKAGES AND PRICING
We currently offer the following wedding and event packages:
1. Ceremony only: $3500 open air with chairs or $5000 with tent and chairs provided. Up to 200 guests. Other decor and services can be provided up on request, with prices varying from free (if we have items in stock) to actual cost (no mark-up to our clients). Portable restroom(s) and one trash barrel provided on site. All setup and breakdown provided by the Woodsmoke Farm staff. Access to the farm for photos approximately 2 hours before and after the ceremony (limited to couples, wedding parties, and family only at those times).
2. Elopement: Maximum 3-hour session for up to 20 people. Details can be customized, with prices typically ranging from $500 to $2500.
3. Photo sessions: Rent the farm space for $75 an hour (minimum rental of 2 hours) for up to 8 people (plus photographer).
